I need to loose about 20lbs, baby weight, gave birth 8 months ago and can't seem to shift these last 20 lbs that are mainly tummy, upper arms and ghastly even upper back fat (you know the muffin tops over the bra band on the sides and back) it's driving me nuts. I do work out 5 times week at a gym with at least 30 minutes intense cardio, and another 30 minutes weigh liftig to tone and eat just under 2000 calories a day but it's having no effect.
I've had ward a lot about green coffee bean suppliments being great to aid in weight loss combined with diet and exercise. Has anyone tried them or had any success? Please share
