Anyone tried or done Hypnoslimmer?

Hi - Has anyone done this, I have asked for information as I am seriously considering it, I can't go back to slimming world or weight watchers again, I am sick of calorie counting, I just want to be able to eat like a 'normal' person. I am 47 now and I am so organised in my daily life, eating is the one thing I seem to have no control over.

I’ve never heard of it, but I’m about to give Paul McKenna a try.

I bought one of his diet books for my kindle when it was on sale and the book does talk a lot of sense.

I just need to find some spare headphones to start listening to the voice track that comes with the book.

There’s been lots of PMK threads on here in the past -
