Can you go into Ketosis on slimfast?

I have done slim&save/exante before but haven't got the cash for them right now.

If I do nothing but slimfast will I get Tue same results?

I think Slimfast has too high a carb/ sugar content for ketosis to work.

Exante has 42 for £35 at the moment, could your budget stretch to this? Then you could do 2 packs a day and maybe some bacon and eggs for dinner (so LCHF) this would work out at maybe £15 per week food costs which I don't think its too deadly. Good luck on your weight loss

Possibly. So you have your liver glycogen tank/food in your stomach tank/fat store tank. If you constantly eat in a calorie deficit at times you will run out of liver glycogen and burn fat but other times when you've just eaten you'll burn that food for energy 🤔
