I was 15 and a half stone when i fell pregnant. Went up too a few pounds of 17 stone when i was 39 weeks. I'm now just over 3 weeks pp and i weigh 14 stone 4lbs. I don't want to put any weight on and ideally would like to lose 2 stone before my birthday in 13 weeks. I've always been big. Can walking more each day and cutting down portion sizes help as well as more healthy choices. I don't want to cut everything out, just be more sensible. I know i won't stick to it if I'm hard on my self about what i can and cannot eat.
