I need a big kick up the bum.
Since having my son 18 months ago, I have been on a rapid decline and am so overwhelmed I don't really know where to start in terms of looking after myself.
I am desperate to lose the 5 stone I've gained but get so confused over the various diet plans.
I am also a bit too fond of white wine and can easily drink two bottles to myself over Fri, Sat and Sunday. I don't do this every weekend but it's definitely a bad habit that I want to stop.
Can anyone share their successes from losing weight and feeling attractive again.
Advice is also welcome.
I start a new full time job in September and want to at least begin the process of feeling like my old self again.
