Anyone got rid of a flabby, pouchy, podgy tummy? without surgery?

I'm not massively overweight (probably half a stone over top range of BMI) but I have a horrible flabby pouch of a tum.

It doesn't seem to respond to exercise, it's always there.

I'm thinking the only way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck which I can't afford.

Has anyone managed to get rid of their pouch without surgery and what did you do?

I'm the same I'm down to 91/2 stone I'm 5,7 really slim and I still have it I've just started doing lower tummy exercises body brushing and a good moisturiser hoping that helps a bit as I can't afford a tummy tuck either .

Mine is like an apron - I was about 2 stone overweight earlier this year, and it stuck out like I was pregnant as I've lost the weight it's become like a deflated balloon rather than reducing completely. I have cut out sugar and processed foods and taken up running but still it remains.

Beginning to think I'll have to learn to live with it... it just means I can't wear anything fitted or with a waist. I've been living in leggings and tunics for years.... since I had kids really!

Mine is like that after having a large baby. DH has removed all mirrors from the house because I kept crying and genuinely felt suicidal. I’m trying to diet and keep my hopes up that it will improve. In my experience I never had a flat tummy even at the top end of normal BMI. I had to diet down to a BMI of about 20 before my stomach looked good.
