I know weight is all calories in calories out but this month we’re doing whole30 - no scales, no calorie counting. Honestly I’m finding it really enjoyable not weighing everything food wise and terrifying not weighing myself. I have a LOT of weight to lose.
Has anyone done this and gained weight? Maybe not people who were already thin because obviously they’ve less calories to play with, but any fatties gained on whole 30? Very nervous about what the scale is going to say in September.
