Hi all, gone back on CWP last week as I felt so fat on holiday I just can't bear it any longer! I have about 5 stone to lose, so a significant amount.
1st weigh in tomorrow and I have stuck to plan. I am on three products a day, and am past that awful brain for day so presuming I am in ketosis.
For anyone else following this, or has done this one before, how long were you on step 1 for? It has changed since I last did this, and I just can't remember.
Do you start moving up the steps once you have reached goal, or is it before then, and if so when?
