This seems to be my only way of finding sanity whilst still attempting to have a life, especially in the holidays.
I'm following broad SW principles, eg having 15 syns and my healthy extras in the morning as my breakfast, but tracking everything on MFP, aiming to come in at 1300 to 1450 calories each day, knocking down a little bit with Fitbit steps.
Last week I lost 5.5lbs. I still attend a weekly SW class, as I find it motivating and I have made friends there. So as to not let the scales into my mind too much, I have asked the weigh in lady to only record my weight in my book every three weeks.
Anyone else find this approach helpful?
