Starting again for the last time 1st August, anyone with me?

Hi

I keep 'starting again' on my weight loss journey. Have been 'starting again' since 1st Jan 18.

Haven't gained since then but haven't lost anything either! I turn 40 at the end of May 2019 and have about 50lb to lose before then.

Will sign up to weight watchers online and weigh in tomorrow morning. This will be my last 'start again' as this time I WILL DO THIS!!

Anyone want to join me? Don't mind what plan you are following, would just like some friends with a similar amount to lose to keep me company.

We went to Nando's at lunch time yesterday because I couldn't face cooking. I ended up eating 26 WW points because I miscalculated the supergrain salad and peas. I went to bed starving.

A new week. I'm going to a music festival at the beginning of September. Every year I put on 7 lbs over the weekend. It's a disgrace, I can't wait to go but am already dreading the fallout.

I am in the zone!
