I'm having bariatric surgery on Thursday.

Slightly freaking out a little now it's so close, I've never had an operation before.

Anyone have any tips or advice? I'm having a sleeve.

I'm feeling positive about it, I don't want to spend any more of my life feeling like I'm fighting a losing battle and worrying that I'm severely damaging my body while trying to find what works.

It's a lot of money but health is worth it!
