As the title says I'm starting this on Monday, I have zero willpower and it has a day per day exercise instructions for the 4 weeks.
DS is 9 months old and I've still got a stone to lose of baby weight and another couple that needed to go before.
Full disclosure...I'm 5'4 and 13,8lbs. Getting married in a year so my goal is 10.5stone, I've got big boobs so don't want to be very thin as I think I'll look better with a bit of weight on me and want to be realistic.
I need people to make me accountable and some fellow blitzers would be great!!
