Ok I know I have to cut down on good / calorie intake as size 18 now BUT... How do I stop ( ahem 'sweating' between the thighs? This heat is making it so bad, I'm starting to ',chafe' Plus I'm leaving 'swear marks?' on seats---- help????!!!

There's a good thread about this. Search for "fanny condensation". The thread has loads of tips and suggestions. In a nutshell:
- cotton knickers, not synthetic
- wear panty liners
- skirts/dresses rather than shorts/trousers
- anti-chafing thigh cuffs
- anti-chafing cream
- anti-persepant cream bars on thighs (and breasts!)
- wear no knickers with skirts/dresses when at home
- take spare knickers to work
Then obviously, try to lose weight.
