If you're trying to lose weight how many portions of 'treats' do you allow yourself a week? A portion being maybe; a small glass of wine, two/three biscuits, a fun size kitkat, bag of crisps. Regardless of whatever diet plan you follow, most plans allow for occasional treats.
Also, what about takeaways? One a week would probably be a lot if you're actively trying to lose weight so maybe a takeaway once a fortnight or once a month? Or no regularly scheduled takeaway at all!
