Hi All,

I don't know if this will work... but I thought maybe in the replies you guys could say what diet you follow and whether you like it? I.E - slimming world, my fitness pal, fasting, carb cutting, etc.

I know everyone and their bodies are different and we all have different preferences and habits, but maybe this could be useful and enlighten us all on which diets are working for us?

:)

I started doing MyFitnessPal 15 days ago, I love it, it's fun and easy, I lose plenty calories by swimming, so can afford bottle of Prosecco every now and then, and I seem to be losing 1 kg every 3 days 💪

Second MyFitnessPal - have lost 12lbs and also makes me think more carefully about choosing what to eat

And it's free!

I've done slimming world a few times. It definitely works and has the massive bonus that you can eat large portions so are never hungry. BUT I got so fed up with the monotony, found it a massive hassle having to cook stuff to take for lunch at work each day, and just massively craved bread.
Now doing healthy low calorie plus couch to 5k and it feels much easier, healthier and less restrictive.

I'm doing SW and have lost almost 4 stones since January. I like that I can snack, mainly on veg (I love raw carrots etc) and dh who is doing it with me is happy with the large portions of carbs he can eat - he's lost 2.5 st in a similar timeframe.

Downside really is the amount of cooking from scratch, it's hard just to grab something, and I get bread cravings!!
