since moving abroad I put on two dress sizes then last year I had my baby last year by CS. Not having childcare I’m feeling exhausted most of the time and I’ve gone from a size 10 (achieved by Cambridge diet) to a size 16 (achieved by cakes and booze) and I’m bloody fed up and need a kick start plan.
I’m looking at the Keto diet which is harder being low carb or Slimming World. However how hard is Slimming world without meetings as they don’t have it in Hong Kong!?
