I'm normally terrible at doing workouts and actually finishing them, like those 5 workouts and do them as a circuit kind of thing.
But just did the first day of couch to 5k and actually finished it! And I feel so bloody good about it. Never thought I would run again either as I broke my knee 4 years ago and my knee has never been the same since and usually hurts running, hence why I never tried this til now. But I could do it and did. 
So definitely going to keep doing this and trying to persuade my partner to do the same. Going to eat healthy too as I really want to lose weight.
Anyone else feeling proud of themselves? It's so easy to be negative but not easy to be positive.
