Packed lunch ideas?

I don't mind eating the same thing every day, I just need something that's quick and easy to prepare that won't leave me hungry.
I usually have a sandwich made with whole meal bread, cheese/meat and coleslaw.
I have access to a fridge, microwave and sandwich toaster at work.
During my work day I usually have one or two pieces of fruit and a handful of nuts. Sometimes Greek yoghurt if I'm hungry. No breakfast.
(Downfall happens in the evenings but that's a whole other issue!)
Any ideas please?

Tilda do a 'Pulses and Rice' range of flavoured single-portion packets that can be eaten hot or cold. I just take a packet to work, heat it up in the microwave, and tip it onto a plate with a packet of green salad.
It's not so good in hot weather, but a tin of mixed bean soup or lentil soup is really filling. I also like the pots of fresh soup such as this www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/265287542
If you have access to a normal toaster, you could have a tin of sardines or tuna in a sauce. I like the single portion tins of tuna in a Mexican dressing that you can get from Tesco and Prince's mackerel fillets in a sweet chilli sauce. My DH liked beans on toast for lunch so he takes the Heinz Beanz snap pots to microwave.
A colleague at work brings the Weight watchers single-serve crustless quiches to microwave, although in this hot weather she's been enjoying them cold with some of my green salad!
