Need to start being'good'again.
Too much binge/comfort eating.
I don't seem to have any control unless i write down everything i am eating,i sometimes follow the WW points principles.

i am exactly the same.
how much do you want to lose?

Beauregard · 27/05/2007 23:35

Have no idea?
I don't weigh myself as it only depresses me,so i go by my clothes or how i feel.
I am a 14 at the moment but would like to be a small 14 if that make sense?

Beauregard · 27/05/2007 23:43

I gave up smoking 2 years ago and i eat a heck of a lot more and cannot subdue my appetite.

OP posts:
Amapoleon · 27/05/2007 23:53

yes it's the same for me, although I am smoking a few now too. Double trouble

Amapoleon · 27/05/2007 23:54

The only diet I have ever been successful on [well lost weight at the time] was weightwatchers. might have another bash at that but without the meetings.

Beauregard · 27/05/2007 23:54

I sometimes think it would be easier to just start smoking again but i know that isn't true really.

Amapoleon · 28/05/2007 00:00

Ideally about 3 stone. My body shape has changed again with this pregnancy. with dd 6 years ago I got a spare tyre above my belly button . With ds [c-section] I got one below. I just want to se my belly button again [hahahaha]

Amapoleon · 28/05/2007 00:01

Anyway it's one o'clock here so i am going to bed. will check in in the morning and see if you have come up with a masterplan

Beauregard · 28/05/2007 00:01

I can see my belly button but it is deeply embedded, lol.

missgriss · 28/05/2007 13:23

I'll join you. I think I weigh about 13 stone at the moment but haven't weighed myself recently. I'm a 14/16 depending on where I buy my clothes.

I would like to lose a couple of stone, ideally, but I'd be quite happy to settle for a size 12. I'm 5'10 so don't think I'd ever fit in a size 10.

I had a c-section too so really need to tone up. I find it so hard to get motivated though!

Beauregard · 28/05/2007 20:03

Hi
I have been good today ,have been for a walk and have eaten lots of veg and am within points for my WW diy
Feel bit better already, although still craving chocolate but have discovered the wonders of chocolate snack a jacks!

OP posts:
Amapoleon · 28/05/2007 20:54

Well done! I haven't started yet but will do in the next few days.

missgriss · 31/05/2007 23:16

Hiya. I'm now on day 4 of my diet and feel my motivation start to slide. I keep picturing myself wearing a nice outfit minus the muffintop to try and keep me away from the chocolate. I weighed myself and I'm 13 stone 2lbs, which is quite shitty really.

I've been going on my exercise bike and I'm trying not to snack junk, so we'll see how it goes during the next few days.

Beauregard · 31/05/2007 23:19

You sound like you are doing well.
I am still being' good' too, although today i didn't stick to my Diy Weight watchers but have still eaten healthy food and not too much.
