Anyone here done this diet where you drink just water and eat nothing at all?
One of my work friends has eaten nothing for the past 2 weeks and lost a stone.
Curious about whether people here have done it and after you've done it and dropped the weight, have you seen any repercussions or regret doing it?

Isn't that called anorexia?

Touché
But it does seem to be an actual 'thing'.
I'm just surprised as she seems so 'well'.

Jesus Christ, if she's actually well then it's nothing short of a miracle. I hope she gets help.

That is ludicrous

That doesn’t sound healthy

I did a sort of water fast once. Did it every other day for two weeks and lost a stone. Felt great and skin was glowing.
I go back to it now and then but only for a day if I feel I need a detox, normally after a weekend of eating junk.
Just drinking water for two weeks straight sounds crazy. Don't do it!

I've done it. Longest was 3 days. It's super effective but it's like, first couple of times you do it it feels easy but then it gets harder and harder as time goes on and there is a big risk you start binging after or binging in anticipation and then it can turn into a vicious cycle.

That sounds very dangerous and unhealthy
Would lead to an eating disorder if I tried that
