boobs and weight loss - do they catch up?

I have steadily lost weight over about a year and I'm fairly happy with my weight. I've not really kept a track of my loss except for my shape and I've gone down from a 10/12 to a 6/8 which is perfect for my frame (I'm just over 5 feet).

However, I've also gone down at least 2 cup sizes so my previously plump bosom is looking a bit bereft. I've been doing press-ups to boost my support muscles lately but will they ever catch up - will the skin reduce around them so they don't look half full? sorry for tmi, but it's making me really self conscious :(

Skin can't reduce without surgery, you've lost fat from them so you've lost the volume, no way to replace that with exercise unfortunately.

Oh no :( that's not what I wanted to hear... I've just googled surgery and its looking like around £5k. Out of my budget, so I guess I'm stuck with them.
