What are peoples experiences with this product? I googled the ingredients and they is a fibre based product in it that can make you feel fuller.
I ordered some and it came yesterday,seems to be working so far but could be psychosomatic

I'm on day 2 of Boombod. So obviously haven't noticed any changes! Wouldn't say it takes the cravings away but it definitely makes you feel a lot fuller for longer. I took before and after pictures so hoping no notice a slight difference next Tuesday. Tastes nice but turns thick really quickly - not a nice texture!
