Hi everyone,
I had a baby (c section) 9 weeks ago so have a bit of weight to lose.
Wedding is beginning of November, so I have 4 months to lose some of the baby weight.
Does anyone have any diet/ exercise suggestions to help?
I'm 163cm and 80kg atm, so could do with losing about 10kg I guess? Is 4kg a month doable?
My dress is strapless so need to tone up my arms. Also stomach (post baby belly), and I've got a huge bum.
Any tips/ ideas/ motivation is much appreciated!
