Has anyone got any tips to boost my weight loss and fitness?
I've got 30days until an event were I will be part of a group. I will need to dance around and be energetic.
Thing is I've put on approx 3 stone since I last did this kind of thing. When I planned it I thought I had loads of time to get fitter but the time has passed quickly and life has got in the way.
I'm not unrealistic I'm know going to loose 3 stone and get really fit in 4 weeks but have you got any tips to help me make the most of the time I have left to get ready for this?
