Hi Ladies,
Please can someone recommend what exercise is good to remedy a slim but saggy bum??? I really need some help!
I've avoided the gym for years as, quite frankly, I do find it a little boring and prefer to keep fit through activity exercise/classes if that makes sense. I'm naturally interested in yoga, pilates, dancing and horse riding (not that I've done it properly for years - hence the a*se).
Are any of these good for it?
Has anyone had any good results with anything in particular? If it has to be the gym then so be it...
