Jesus I need to lose this weight 😒
Before I had my DD I was 7 and half stone( not Healthy I know) anyway I doubled my weight while pregnant so I ended up at 14/15 stone after she was born I really struggled to lose the baby weight and I didn't think much of it, back in 2016/17 I started the gym eating health meals and started to lose a fair bit of weight which was great, but I've recently started putting weight on again, my daughter is starting pre school in September so I'll have a lot more free Time to exercise around work and pre school times,
I need inspiration for good healthy meals and snacks 😩
