Hi, I have 2 months until I go on holiday and I want to use this as a motivation to lose weight.
After my second child 5 years ago my weight has just kept creeping up. I understand exactly why I keep gaining weight and it’s because I’m a totally greedy so & so who has no will power around sugary food what so ever 😩
I’d like to know what everyone’s favourite recipes, foods ect they use for losing weight please!

Also I love cups of tea, what type of milk should I use ... the only ones I like are cows milk and oat milk, Which would be the best to use for losing weight? Thank you

I’d stick with skimmed milk as it’s lower calorie and switch sugar to a granulated replacement - you can’t tell the difference after a few brews.

Drink lots of liquids - juice if you don’t like water

Try and have a daily treat that will keep you motivated.

I personally work from higher protein and lower carb so I replace some carb with veg.

Try to fill half of your plate with veg or salad.

Choose a meal at a restaurant before you go and never go food shopping hungry!

I use an app called 12 weeks to Wow and I'm doing the Sugar stop challenge. I've only cut out sugar and I've lost 9lbs now! You have to pay £2.99 a month or something like that and it's based on hypnotherapy. It's worked amazingly for me...didn't work for my friend. Might be worth a try though! The only difference between us is that I was more this is my last chance (tried everything else) and really believed it would work. She was more skeptical.
