Im starting a thread for accountability.. and any company if anyone wants to join me 
As from Monday I'm starting on the Slim Fast for one month to see how much I can shift.
I'm going to weigh myself at boots today and will post. Will try and post at least once a week to track hopeful weight loss.
I will be eating one healthy meal a day and two ( probably revolting shakes)
I have today ( at work!) and tomorrow at a Gig in London to enjoy food last two days!!
I'm hoping to loose at least half a stone. I normally use my exercise bike twice a a week for 20k ( while watching peaky blinders) but will try and up it to 3 x a week . I don't drive so currently walk everywhere.
If I'm feeling brave might even post before and after photos.
