I need your help!
I’ve had a very thorough wellness check this week and have decided that it’s now or never to tackle two things - quitting smoking and losing weight. At the same time! 
So, I’ve identified an app and support for the smoking but am not so certain about weight loss. I tried weightwatchers group a few years ago and groups are not really for me but I do recognise that I need something other than willpower alone to help me keep on track and motivated. Equally, I don’t want my day to day thinking to revolve around thinking about food iykwim.
I’d like to try an app, I think SW and WW both offer these but am keen to hear thoughts, opinions, recommendations from other MNers.
I’m late 40s, targeting a 4 stone loss and want to reduce carbs in my diet (and sugar intake, esp chocolate!).
I’d really like to hear apps or other things you’ve found useful?
