How to diet and gym whilst EBF?

I’m desperate to lose weight. My baby is 3 months tomorrow and I put on 2 and a half bloody stone. I’m livid with myself and I wat to cry. I was underweight before I had him and so I only really wanna lose a stone or so because I love my new shape it’s just too big a shape! How do I lose weight without affecting my supply? I know it takes 300+ calories to feed but my OH is obsessed with me adding those 300+! I’m 5ft and 9 stone Sad
I’m desperate to go back to the gym and do the weights I was doing until I found out I was pregnant but I can’t leave my baby literally for 2 minutes he’s on me constantly. He’s taken a bottle a few times but he refuses it lately and he can feed for an hour so how much do I even leave?! Help me please

Also I have lovely parks near me but can’t even take the baby out round them because I have scoliosis and he will only settle in the sling, he hates his pram but I can’t carry him long I’m in pain

Give it some time I'd say. Your little one is still really young and obviously relies on you. In the meantime, why not focus on healthy eating and portion control. And do keep trying the bottle - it might just click one day.

That’s the thing, I don’t want to leave him. My problem is that I’m starving all the time as he’s feeding all the time, I very rarely eat rubbish and everything I cook is from scratch. I can start changing my chicken portion from thigh to breast and having something more substantial than a ham sandwich midday.
