Well for the first time since joining this thread, I have to report a gain. Two pounds on this week

Hope everyone is do better.

HeavyBee · 22/05/2007 10:49

My plateau stretches into the distance, without a dip that I can see....any virtue in the week is ALWAYS cancelled out by cake somewhere else. Same again for me.

Bananaknickers · 22/05/2007 13:34

I am back to 14 stone again this morning. GRRRRRR

tortoise · 22/05/2007 13:36

I am down to 12st 3 this week. Really pleased but am slowly slipping back into old ways! Need to stop or i will be gaining again.

Bananaknickers · 22/05/2007 13:40

Are you on the Paul Mckenna Tortoise?

tortoise · 22/05/2007 13:42

I am suppose to be BananaKnickers. But i am not doing very well with it. I just can't leave food on my plate.

Bananaknickers · 22/05/2007 13:45

I am not doing to bad on it. have started again today because I slipped into bed ways again. If I have something nice I just think sod it and want to eat it quick . I am gonna try harder this week. I have now got all the cds including the emotional eating cd which I have just started using so I will see how I go now.

Bananaknickers · 22/05/2007 13:46

bad ways that should say

tortoise · 22/05/2007 13:49

I didn't realise there were more cds. i only have the one book and cd. is it worth getting others? i think i should try the bit to stop me eating chocolate for good! Its my biggest weakness. Plus boredum in the evenings!

Bananaknickers · 22/05/2007 13:52

I saw them on e bay and got them with my birthday money. £42 there is an emotional eating, take more excersise, another I can make you slim and a craving buster one. Really wanted the craving buster one as I just can't do it from the book. You get a journal with it too. I have never seen them on sale in the shops though

tortoise · 22/05/2007 13:55

I guess i will just have to try harder with the one i have! I am tempted to try eating with a blindfold on to see if i can notice a full feeling better. i have seen him do that on GMTV before.

jambuttie · 22/05/2007 15:30

6lb off for me this week

12 stone exactly

Have worked hard this week, agree though that I am slipping back to my old ways

tortoise · 22/05/2007 17:01

Well done Jambuttie. Thats a great loss.
It is sooo hard to keep it up isn't it?

ZisforZebra · 22/05/2007 21:29

Wow Jambuttie!! That's great! Well done.

I'm 12st 5lbs again so no gain and no loss. That's cool. I'm sure I'll get there in the end.
