Will I ever be able to get rid of this?

Warning horrible photo attached.
I’m just seriously depressed that at 30 my husband will never see me with no clothes again and I will forever have to hide when changing.
Is there any way of getting rid of this?

Op my tummy is bad with stretch marks but I need to lose a lot of weight. Your tummy looks fine to me. When I lose weight I'm going to have so much excess skin. I will consider a tummy tuck though.

I think it always looks worse in your head than what it actually does. Confidence is beauty, you need to force yourself to let him see it and act like it's nothing and he will not think any different of you. Honestly just act like you've no stretch marks and try to be comfortable in your own skin. When your old you will look back and realise how silly things like this are.

It’s just so saggy 😫 I think I imagined I’d have a flat stomach after and totally forgot about the excess skin. With clothes on I look fine, although I do have a weird flap thing. Do you think I need a tummy tuck? Are they expensive? I don’t have the confidence for anyone to see me I just think it’s awful 😭

@Mrschainsawuk
Thanks for that it’s definitely worth a try. Just wish I’d spotted it beforehand or during. Do make sure you do it as I think it’s probably harder now I’m at this point as my skin is like crepe paper.

aww op, I know what a knock your confidence can take after having a baby and your body so different to before.
I have the exact same thing but probably more stretchmarks and mines not just skin, it's a loose flabby belly and although I've lost 10kg recently the belly is still the same size.
I am considering a tummy tuck too, if it's ruined your confidence so much then do what you need to get it back.

Time may help - my mum's looked like that when we were little and over time it has gradually tightened. It's taken a while but has changed

You could look into non surgical methods such as laser lipo. Apparently there are skin treatments out there to help tighten the skin, laser lipo bring one that people with excess skin try.

I don’t know how affective they really are but it is something I’m looking into myself. There’s always deals on grouping so I’m figuring worth a try.
