Anyone fancy joining me on a 60 Day Active Challenge to see how much we can lose by exercising one hour or more a day for 60 days with a weight-loss eating plan (whichever you want to follow.)
Add 1 hour of exercise or more on top of what you already do, and make sure at least 10 mins of it is high intensity or weight training.
Either stick to a diet that works for you (low carb/SW etc) or just cut out processed rubbish and snacks and keep calorie intake to 500 below what you need for maintenance.
I have 30+ lbs to lose and would love some buddies to keep track of the exercise with. I'm not a dieter - neer stuck to one, so am just going to eat very healthy fresh food and a lot less of it, and cut the booze back to a couple of glasses a week.
Starting weight: 162lbs
Target Weight: 130lbs
I don't expect to lose it all in two months but would love to see how much I can lose by adding exercise to the plan.
