I went to weigh myself today for the first time in a long time, i knew i'd put weight on since having my ds (2yo) but didnt realise how much. 2stone! I am now 12 stone
id be happy just to lose a stone. I know how to lose weight but dont have the will power to do it. Seeing the number in the scales will hopefully give me the kick up the a** i need. Im 5.4 so i appear a lot larger than i am. I know i have to cut down (loads) but just wanted peoples opinions on Best and easiest diets to stick to please?
