I am ranting so feel free to also rant or ignore.

I am 5’2 and was 8 stones 7 pounds (119) before pregnancy. My baby is 4months old and I have still not lost the weight! currently 9 stones 3 pounds (129).

This is my fault entirely and I take full responsibility. I do not exercise and I eat cake ffs.

I was delusional, I thought I was going to be like the celebs and return to my bikinis bod within a few weeks post pregnancy.

I have no idea how to diet and it sounds pretty grim.

My choices are embrace the fatter arse, or find the motivation to find a weight loss and exercise programme (urgh).

Ps I leave for me hols in 4 weeks 😯

Hey, I'm still packing about 6kg excess , so I guess about a stone. I'm 5"4 and I feel like weight really 'shows' on me, so I can imagine that's the same if not worse at 5"2.
I'm diabetic so had to be pretty restrictive with my diet in pregnancy, so now I'm pigging out on stuff like pizza that I couldn't have before. But like you OP I'm also pissed off that I'm not losing the weight.
I've got to be a bridesmaid for my sister in August so I'm hoping I find some willpower before then!!! I also feel a bit pissed off that the apparently miraculous weight loss effect of breastfeeding seems to have passed me by 🤔

It'll be gone in 12 months time, it just takes time. It'll start falling off when they're crawling and walking. You don't need to diet. My new baby is 3 months and I'm still a good 2 stone heavier but not stressing about it, it does do with time.
