I am very very close to signing up to juice plus.... have lost weight successfully in the past by calorie counting but it just doesn't seem to be working for me any more.

Does anyone have experience/results with juice plus?! Does it work/is it ridiculously hard??

Please don't comment that it's rubbish if you have never actually done it I want reviews from people who have!!

Thanks

I’ve done a few shake based diets in my time Juice Plus, Herbalife, slim fast Cambridge, celebrity slim and shake that weight.

Honestly IMHO Juice Plus and Herbalife are two of the worst I’ve tried. Very overpriced for what they were and constantly trying to sell you more supliments & extras but at the time I didn’t know they were MLM companies. Weight loss was non existent I actually lost no weight on either but I did loose a few inches but my bank balance was a lot lighter.

I’ve yo-yo dieted for the last 8 years. And hand on heart the best diets I’ve ever done have been 5:2 (for extra weight loss and maintenance) prior to this I did 8 week blood sugar diet. It’s real food, no meetings, no gimmicks just you in control of your own food but in a controlled way as you have a food list. Actually I’ve had better success with BSD than and of the VLCD shake based diets the results were amazing and I was a lot lower starting weight than when I’ve done VLCD.

If you want to go down a shake based diet with a councilor to keep you on track Cambridge is very good but expensive.

VLCD without a councilor just you cracking on with it with your products I’d definitely recommend Shake that weight it’s a online company and they have a lovely FB support page. It’s very reasonable priced to compared to say Cambridge/ JP.

If you don’t really want to do a shake based diet whole heartily recommend BSD / 5:2 for maintenance.
