I need help

I'm 19 and had a baby and 17 and before I got pregnant I was about 10 stone and in size and now I'm about 17 stone and in size 20!! I desperately want to lose weight it's effecting me negatively in so many ways. I don't want my daughter to follow suit of be left out because I can't do a lot with her. I guess I'm just asking for some tips and ways to get motivated!

Just make one small change to begin with. You haven't given very much detail so I don't really know what to advise, but it might be something like :
swapping pudding for fruit
Giving up fizzy drinks
Halving the amount of alcohol you drink
Walking instead of driving/taking the lift
Swapping white rice, pasta and bread to wholemeal

Choose something like this and do it until it sticks. Then choose one more. And then another. It's not about quick fixes and crash diets. It's a way of life.

Try and get out for a walk or a baby group every single day.....I’m wondering if you eat because you are bored/lonely/tired and something else to focus on can really help.

Do you have a partner?

Thanks for the reply.
I have a partner yes he is always moaning at me for the way I eat and how unhealthy it is. I just comfort eat and hate change so I go all weird when I can't eat or drink the crap I normally do
