Hi can anyone share some experiences of Michael Mosley's blood sugar diet and also share a basic days meal plan please.

There are loads of threads on here about it.

I lost 3.5 stone following it last year and maintain by following the basic principles. Tend to follow a 16:8 pattern (eat within an 8 hour window each day)

I don’t eat meat. A working day’s meals for me looks like this:

Breakfast (12-1pm)
120g full fat (19%) Greek yogurt
80g frozen berries
6g ground flaxseed.

Lunch (around 4pm - don’t always bother)
300ml soup (mushroom, cauliflower cheese, pea and spinach, celeriac apple and ginger)

Dinner (around 8pm)
Butternut squash and chick pea curry with cauliflower rice, stir fry with prawns, haddock with herb butter and green veg, cheese and mushroom omelette and low sugar baked beans

Lots of water, fruit tea and 2 cups of proper coffee with double cream.

I've lost about 3 stone so far doing it- I don't calorie count though, just follow the principles. There is a great facebook group called 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet Friends.
