Calorie question....

So, I've just started doing slim fast and it says to have a healthy dinner of around 600 calories. Would it actually make a difference to weight loss if the 600 calories wasn't healthy? Could I have a big old bar of chocolate instead as long as I didn't go over the calories? (Not every day obviously!!!!)

because of the sugar content of the calories yes it would affect weight loss.
try this "no sugar without fiber" so fresh fruit is fine, although not fruit juice.

i posted this link on another thread but it explains why

Bugger 😩 Best stick to the stir fry veg then!! This is a very interesting video - got to 20 minutes before the storm knocked out my WiFi! Will watch the rest later - thanks for sharing 😊

Calories are calories so yes you could have a giant Dairy Milk but it'll be a lot less filling than say fish and vegetables for the same amount, so you'd be more likely to eat something else as well if you get hungry before the evening's out.
