How many calories in a cup of tea? As i drink about 150 cups a day!

(Tea with half teaspoon of sugar and semi skimmed milk?)

There are no calories in a cup of tea - the milk and sugar if you take it are another thing though!!! I have just joined Weighwatchers - first week. It is all points and this is new to me. Quite an eye opener. I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now but I need the discipline of having to be weighed in each week. Believe it or not, when I had my daughters, I only put on about 4lbs. When I had my eldest, a son, I put on about 3 stones!!!! Just goes to show. I did lose 7 stone about 10 years ago and I don't want to put all that back on. Just got a couple of stone to lose this time.

officially: Tea: Black no sugar none, for every teaspoon of sugar add 5 with whole milk 18, skim milk 13. Remember to add 5 for each teaspoon of sugar!
