Hi all ive been doing JM 30DS since the begining of feb but i was only doing it 2 or 3 days a week, i seen some differences but not enough for the nearly 3 months ive been doing it, well i decided to do it properly i am on day 10 (1 rest day) and started level 2 today i am also a part time dog walker which i walk around 2 hours a day.
Result i am seeing more changes in the last week than the last 3 months, i cant wait till day 30 then im off on holiday then i intend to start shred it with weights
