I'm around 11.5-12 stone (don't have scales but I was around 11.5 two years ago and my clothes still fit!).
If I ditch the wine and cut down food and ramp up the exercise for six weeks, is it possible to lose 1.5 stone by early July? I don't exercise much just yet other than walking.
I don't want to go extreme, we are a busy family and we eat together so making separate meals etc isn't really an option. I'm thinking cut out the obviously high calorific things and cut down my portion size. I have time to exercise for max an hour say, 4 times a week.
can it be done?
