Can't believe how much weight I've put on since meeting DP :(

Just weighed myself. I feel sick. Almost a stone and half. Two dress sizes. I know it doesn't sound like much but I'm only 5ft so everything shows. I've never been this big apart from when I was heavily pregnant. And I'm fucking getting married and going on honeymoon in three months!!

My downfall is takeaways - we've just had FOUR in a row (large cheesy chips, burger, free garlic bread) and alcohol. I drink just about every night. I don't really snack or eat kids' leftovers.

I was so slim with my ex husband (but also unhappy and extremely anxious). I'm very content with my fiancé but this has reflected on my weight.

About a week ago I started eating healthy flake cereal for breakfast, tuna sandwich with no butter for lunch, but then it does downhill in the evenings. I have four children and food is my treat, my comfort, something I look forward to.

Please help :(

If they are hungry they will eat.

Ooh I hear you too OP!
Do it together as a couple - we're doing this at the moment! Also I second what @MagicFajita said - I have to remind myself that DP is a man who is bigger than me and has a faster metabolism! (life's not fair sadly...)

That's my take Bluntness. If they make a good attempt they can have pudding. Luckily son with ASD is out for tea tonight.

Well done Clivey! I'm SO glad DP is on board. He's very body conscious as he was apparently overweight as a teenager. We have a lot of motivation anyway! Hopefully getting married, having a honeymoon and TTC-ing this year...

Stop eating breakfast.

I fast between 10pm - 1pm every day. It helps a lot.

BirthdayKake · 19/05/2018 09:28

I've always heard NOT to skip breakfast!

That's bollocks. Skipping breakfast is easy. Skipping dinner is a misery

BirthdayKake · 19/05/2018 17:57

I do agree with that
