Best/easiest to use weight loss plan for vegetarians?

I need to lose at least a couple of stone and have tried WW, SW and Paul McKenna in the past.

I can’t afford to pay out a lot of money, which puts me off both SW and WW, although I did like the WW app, as it was very easy to scan items and find out the points.

I can’t be arsed with calculating, measuring and entering values - I have health issues which mean I suffer from poor concentration and memory fog, as well as fatigue (these things will no doubt improve somewhat when I have lost weight).

I also have a 14 month old DD and would ideally like relatively easy meals to make as she is fussy enough for the both of us at the moment. Hmm

Is there such a thing as a cheap, easy (to use) weight loss plan? Moononastick dot com Grin

I just use MPF.

I’m a vegetarian and I use mfp- works really well and isn’t too time intensive once you get into it.

I will have a look at mfp then - thank you both.
