I'd like to try and introduce more pineapple into my diet. Maybe just a few chunks in the morning for breakfast or with my lunch (mainly weekdays only). I've looked into it and loads of different sources online say it is great for weight loss, particularly stomach fat. But I don't understand how it can be when it is LOADED with sugar?! I know it's not processed sugar but well, sugar is still sugar right? Can anybody please advise?🍍
