Hi all! Not technically weight loss as such although I do definitely want to lose my belly I like the new boobs and butt! I was into weightlifting for a short while before falling pregnant, I had a section 7 weeks ago and it’s not healed, still so sore and red with a scabby part. I won’t do anything til my 8 week check but I’m so impatient! What home exercises did people do after a section and when? Also, lower fat diet while BF? I keep forgetting to eat then being starving!
