On work days, weetabix for breakfast with about 250ml skimmed milk, leaving 100ml for tea (HEXA and HEX B)
Muller light and banana mid morning

Homemade soup for lunch, sometimes a Jacket potato with beans and salad if I forget to bring in my own lunch
Sometimes left overs from the night before for lunch

Dinner - roasted vegetable Paella/veg curry/risotto/quorn spaghetti bolognaise.

My go to ‘quick dinner’ is roasted vegetables, quorn chicken fillets in Schwartz fajita seasoning

I try to have one day per week when I do ‘SP’

I usually use my syns on maybe a bag of wotsits, possibly some mikado or an ice lolly

I usually have an apple and black coffee for breakfast (I'm not a breakfast person!), scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast (HeX B) with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes for lunch, and dinner might be homemade spaghetti bolognese or any meat, jacket potato with quark, and lots of green veggies.

I've never been a snacker so don't usually use many syns but I try to have a mugshot at about 5pm when I do my DS his dinner - I have my lunch early whilst he naps at 11am and don't start dinner until he's gone to bed, so without the mugshot I'd probably go 9 hours or so without eating.

I also drink tea throughout the day and use my HeX A milk for that Smile
