I gave birth 3 weeks ago and really need to start dieting! It's my second baby in under 2 years and I didn't lose the weight from my first so I have about 3 stone to lose.

I haven't got the hang of breastfeeding but am expressing 4 times a day. The problem is I am constantly starving.

I'm considering joining slimming world but really I'm looking for any tips about managing the hunger while dieting. Thanks

Protein and fat keep you feeling fuller whereas sugar and carbs make you hungrier so I'd go for a low carb diet with lots of good fats and protein. I know it's hard with little ones but if you can avoid sugar it will really help.
