I had great success low carbing and lost weight, then maintained it for about 2 years. Now I’ve slipped, pug in a bit of weight but can’t seem to get back into low carbing. Anyone else? What other diet might suit me?

I've done Low Carb and Paleo, OP, but always rejected it in the end. My own conclusion is that I don't think it works or is healthy long-term. Because its excluding healthy food, as some carbs are healthy.

Have you thought have looking at the way you eat in a different way? Smaller portions? More structured eating? More regular eating? Less alcohol? Less indulging or bingeing? Etc etc.
