Big dose of motivation needed!

So I am the heaviest I have ever been and feeling miserable. In the past when I have lost weight I have actually found it quite easy because my head has been in the right place and I have felt really motivated. For some reason, despite feeling the worst I ever have, this time I just can't stick with anything. I think because I'm feeling run down (I suffer with a few long term conditions), exhausted and just generally down I don't really believe I can do it. I really want to feel positive and focused again. How to you all get inspired to get fit and healthy? I'd love to hear about any websites, blogs, Instagram accounts, youtube videos you find helpful and anything else - any tips or suggestions would be very welcome!

Thanks

xx

Good luck with this. I found cutting out sugar and avoiding carbs works best for me.

I agree with Ooh Ooh. Except I permitted fruit as a replacement for snacks.
I do think you need to train your body to be happy with less food and carbs just bulk your stomach out and make you want more all the time.
